I-526E (“Immigrant Petition by Regional Center”) – Conditional Green Card
An investor pooling their investment with one or more qualified immigrants participating in the EB-5 Regional Center Program uses this form to petition USCIS for status as an immigrant to the U.S. under section 203(b)(5)(E) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), as amended. A regional center investor may also use Form I-526E to report any amendments necessary to establish ongoing eligibility if the regional center, new commercial enterprise, or job-creating entity in which the investor has invested is terminated or debarred from participation in the Regional Center Program.

Investor must send an additional $1,000, per the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022. This additional amount does not apply to an amendment request.

I-829 (“Petition by Investor to Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident Status”)
– Permanent Green Card
Use this form if you are a conditional permanent resident who obtained status through a qualifying investment and want to remove the conditions on your residence.
Filing fee (*) : $9,525
A biometric services fee of $85 is also required for the petitioners, as well as any current spouse, former conditional permanent resident spouse, or conditional permanent resident children between 14 and 79 years of age who are included on the petition. That means you must submit a separate biometric services fee of $85 for each conditional permanent resident who is applying with you to remove the conditions on their permanent resident status.

I-765 (“Application for Employment Authorization”) – EAD card
Certain noncitizens who are in the United States may file Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, to request an Employment Authorization Document (EAD). Other noncitizens whose immigration status authorizes them to work in the United States without restrictions may also use Form I-765 to apply for an EAD that shows such authorization.

I-131 (“Application for Travel Document”) – Advance Parole
Use this form to apply for advance parole document. If you file this form to request an advance parole document, and then you leave the United States without having an advance parole document that is valid for the entire time you are outside the United States, USCIS will consider your Form I-131 abandoned.
