The Department of States has posted the February 2024 Visa Bulletin. The Employment Base Fifth (EB-5) visa categories are as below:
Chart A
The 3 set aside categories for EB-5 remain “CURRENT” for all countries.
China Unreserved moved forward to December 15, 2015.
India Unreserved remained the same at December 1, 2020.
The Unreserved category for all other countries remain “CURRENT”.

The 3 set aside categories for EB-5 remain “CURRENT” for all countries.
China Unreserved remained the same at January 1st, 2017.
India Unreserved remained the same at April 1st, 2022.
The Unreserved category for all other countries remained “CURRENT”.
