Following the I-485 approval of ARCFE investor just one month after their I-526E approval, more investors continue receiving their I-485 approvals in short period of time after their I-526E approvals. It's evident that USCIS is making commendable efforts to process petitions efficiently. These approvals, coming in less than a year after the project's I-956F approval, prove once again that there's not much difference in processing times between rural and HUA projects.
ARCFE Group 12 Jackson is a real estate development project of a 14-story mixed-use building, located in the prime location of Long Island City (Queens borough, New York City).
