ARCFE Group 13 consists of 2 real estate development projects located in prime locations of Long Island City: 38th Ave & Thomson.
38TH AVE is a 7-stories mixed-use building consisting of over 7000 sqft of commercial space on the first and second floor, 27 parking spaces and 50 condos throughout the building. The building topped out last year, and is expected to complete next year.

THOMSON is a 9-stories mixed-use building consisting of over 6000 sqft of retail space on the cellar through the second floor, along with 34 rental units from the third to ninth floor. Construction has been completed and the building went into operation in late 2022.
