Unreserved EB-5 for CHINA remains the same with the final action date at March 22nd, 2015.
Unreserved EB-5 for INDIA remains the same with the final action date at November 8th, 2019.
Unreserved EB-5 for ALL OTHER COUNTRIES shows “CURRENT”. With increasing demand and high volume of petitions, we expect VIETNAM to retrogress in the near future. Vietnamese investors should take this golden window to make their investment decision and file I-526E petition now.
