The Department of States has posted the November 2023 Visa Bulletin. The Employment Base Fifth (EB-5) visa categories are as below:

Chart A

  1. The 3 set aside categories remain CURRENT for all countries.

  2. China Unreserved priority date stays the same at October 1st, 2015.

  3. India Unreserved priority date stays the same at December 15th, 2018.

Chart B


  1. The 3 set aside categories remain CURRENT for all countries.

  2. China Unreserved stays the same at January 1st, 2017.

  3. India Unreserved stays the same at April 1st, 2022.
