【ARCFE News】 OCTOBER 2023 VISA BULLETIN: EMPLOYMENT-BASED GREEN CARD BACKLOG HITS 1.8 MILLION!

The Department of States has posted the October 2023 Visa Bulletin. The Employment Base Fifth (EB-5) visa categories are as below:

Chart A

  1. All 3 set aside categories remain “CURRENT” for all countries.

  2. China unreserved category priority date moved from 08SEP15 to 01OCT15.

  3. India unreserved category priority date moved from 01APR17 to 15DEC18.

  4. Chinese and Indian investors should take advantage of this “no backlog” status of the set aside visas to secure their priority date as soon as possible.

  2. China unreserved category priority date moved from 01JAN16 to 01JAN17.

  3. India unreserved category priority date moved from 08DEC19 to 01APR22.

  4. Chinese and Indian investors should take advantage of this “no backlog” status of the set aside visas to secure their priority date as soon as possible.
