The Department of States has posted the September Visa Bulletin. The Employment Base Fifth visa categories are as below:

The Reserved visa categories remain “C – CURRENT” for all countries. For the Unreserved visa category, all countries besides China show “C – CURRENT”. The September visa bulletin shows a small change in the China Unreserved visa category. This is the golden window for investors from countries that are prone to backlog like Vietnam and India to file their I-526E petitions. ARCFE Group 13 projects are qualify for 10% EB-5 reserved visa. Chinese investors can take advantage of this reserved visa to not face the heavy backlog.
