On April 14th, ARCFE team joined our partners in celebrating the topping off of Group 12 Jackson Project. Vice President John McInerney gave a short speech on this milestone achievement on behalf of the ARCFE team.
The Jackson Project is a 14-story mixed-use building located in the heart of Long Island City. The project is qualified for TEA and has successfully raised sufficient EB-5 capital within just 3 months. The project particularly stood out due to its travel convenience (only few steps away from subway and bus stations) as well as the wide variety of dining and entertainment selection in the area.
