【ARCFE Updates】 GROUP 14 DAVIS PROJECT TOP OFF

On November 16th, the Davis project (ARCFE GROUP 14) has officially topped off. Davis is a 14 stories mixed-use building located in the heart of Long Island City, New York City. The building consists of 24 parking spaces and 122 rental apartments. Group 14 qualified for TEA and 10% set aside EB-5 visa for high unemployment. Expected completion in early 2025.
