As of May 2023, Group 11 "Pianist" project construction has been completed.
The project is expected to obtain TCO in mid-June.
Total of 69 units: 45 are leased by Nest Seeker, and 24 are affordable units leased out by the government.
All units are expected to be fully leased out by the end of August 2023.

As of this writing, the building's façade and glass curtain wall have been completed, and the scaffolding is being removed in an orderly manner. The plumbing, thermal insulation and thermal insulation of the building have been completed, the partition of the apartment unit has been completed, and the stage of fine decoration has begun. It is expected that the project TCO will be obtained in the summer of 2022 and will be delivered before the end of the year.

As of Dec 2021, the project has finished the stairs and ramp on the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floor and is working on the 7th floor.the elevator has been installed, the roof waterproof production is in progress, the outer wall brick has reached the seventh layer, the inner wall plaster has been completed, the installation of the inner window has been completed, and the rough processing of the pipeline has been basically completed.
Jun 2021
By the end of June 2021, the main structure of the project has been capped, the elevator installation of the project has been completed, the exterior wall is more than half constructed, and the low-floor glass curtain wall is ready to be installed.
Dec 2020
As of Dec 2020, the project has finished the stairs and ramp on the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floor and is working on the 7th floor.
July 2020
As of July 2020，2/3 of foundation work has been finished and the remaining is schedule to finish in early Aug. The sheet piling, pile cap and grade beam are all on schedule to be finished.
Nov 2019
As of Nov 2019，the Group 11 project has completed dismantling all existing building, and the dismantle work has been signed off by DOB. The design has been approved by DOB in June. The underground water was checked. At present, the project is waiting for the DoB’s foundation permit, expected to obtain in late Aug 2019.
