Delivery of materials are on time. Installation is commenced.


Framing will be completed, sheetrock will be installed.


Plumbing and electrical will continue being installed.


Once the connections are ready, installation of appliances will be commenced.


Construction expected to complete at the end of 2024.

Construction site is active with SOE (Support with Excavation) activity in full operation

 

Expect to complete  SOE by mid-May

 

Excavation is scheduled to commence immediately following before the end of May

 

Pouring concrete footings/forms will follow with foundation expected to commence in June

Pre-construction & development efforts continue with expected construction commenced by end of Q4/2022

June 2022

Break ground ceremony held on June 14th.

CO obtained in Fall 2022

Residents have moved in

Sep 2022

Construction is completed.

CO obtained for lower floors of rental units. Applied for CO for upper floors.

Earliest move in date is set for September 15th.

Aug 2022

Substantial completion expected by end of this month

 

TCO to be applied next month

 

Launched to the market on August 16th
