Davis Rental Apartments, marketed as the "Terra" apartment, has the following construction progress as of mid-August:

The exterior wall construction has been completed, the roofing has been finished, the floor mat and outdoor furniture on the 18th floor public terrace have been installed.

Solar panels and outside AC units have been installed on the rooftop.

The construction and decoration of the apartment lobby is substantially completed.

Amazon Hub Locker installation is pending delivery.

The two resident elevators have already been installed. All corridors have been substantially constructed. Resident apartments are in the final stages of construction.

Utilities are in the process of being connected for each residential units.

The construction of amenities has been substantially completed, some equipment and furniture have been put in, waiting for the final assembly and commissioning work;

The ground floor retail space will be occupied by a restaurant; the leasing progress of the apartments is going smoothly. It is expected to obtain the first batch of TCO this fall, welcoming the first group of tenants to move in.

Construction of the fifth floor is undergoing.
The project's developer ZD JASPER is aiming to complete construction of one floor per week.

Foundation work has begun
Excavation has nearly completed and crews are in the process of forming the reinforced concrete perimeter walls as the site fills up with a network of steel rebar for the floors, columns, and walls.
Based on the pace of progress, Davis project could begin to rise above street level near the end of spring and top out by the end of 2023.
Union
Aug 2024
Union Class-A office building, to be marketed as "Union Center", has the following construction progress as of mid-August:

A 19ft-deep section of the main tower’s foundation has been excavated. Due to the landscape of the area, the excavation process is being carried out in phases in order to protect the foundations of the adjacent buildings. The excavation process requires comparative duplication of earthwork lateral support.

The pedestrian sidewalk on the Union Street has been completely requisitioned and equipped with a new site access control system to assist construction manpower management.

The project obtained a series of building permits in the Q3: such as the installation of combination standpipe and sprinkler systems, and plumbing system for the building, etc.

Engineering and construction activities are expected to be more active in Q3 and Q4.

The Union project is presently undergoing foundation work. The project is in the process of recruiting new safety supervisors.
Upon the appointment of these supervisors, the New York City Department of Buildings will further review and approve the project's construction credentials, thereby granting clearance for the subsequent phases of construction.
